We paid for a VIP bowling lane for our family of 4. We were assigned a wait person, but never even saw her.

We had to get These are more than bowling centers; their 11 centers feature laser tag, arcade games, bowling, escape rooms, and even bumper cars. Like any small business growing fast, they were challenged with a need to expand in the digital space faster than they could staff up.

Unlike many organizations in the old school entertainment and attractions industry, they understood the need to reach customers — especially parents — online and through inbound marketing.

But we do love assuring them that digital transformation will help them grow their business. With Stars and Strikes, we knew from the very start that we could only do so much to help them without a new website.

Along with issues with speed and responsiveness, most of the copy on the existing site was embedded in images — rendering it invisible to search engines. However, beyond running paid search placements, they had very little visibility to parents searching for party venues.

Not good. Instead, we needed to tear it down and rebuild it more responsively, optimized for lead generation, and full of optimized content for Google to gobble up. We kicked off the project with a full-day workshop with their team in Atlanta, meeting with stakeholders from their 12 locations.

We talked about their processes, operations, and challenges. Together, we identified goals and a long-term strategy that began with developing an updated style guide, overhauling their digital marketing and ad campaigns, and launching into a website build.

I just wanted something to eat and walked over. It is a complete entertainment center with bowling, games and a bar. Plenty of people having fun on a Sunday night. I went to the snack bar to order but had to go to the bar to order and then pick up the food at the snack bar.

Waited at the bar about 5 or 6 minutes and no one ever came over so I left. I'm sure it is a fun place to go, just not for me on that night. Read more.

When asked why they would advertise a discount on their website but not honor it, they were clueless. Bowling and arcade games were enjoyed by our grandson, but the advertised and not available military discount was very disappointing. Derrick 3 contributions.

Nikki 1 contribution. In so many adjectives Awesome, Superb, and Outstanding!! We had a large group of young learners ranging from years of age. Catherine was Extremely kind, patient, and understanding. The kids had all of the necessary amenities and accommodations set up in a professional and timely manner. The young lady whom assisted the kids with Laser tag and bowling was a darling; she was extremely patient as well as a great hostess. There was a lot of social distancing and the lanes were separated by curtains; not mention, it was very very CLEAN!

We have gone by Stars and Strikes Bowling many times but just never stopped in. Well we were pleasantly surprised.
