Who owns 4040 club

The 12, square foot property, which reopened in January, features four VIP lounges, state-of-the art LED TV screens, an illuminated top bar that surrounds an foot tower, a marble stepped arena style seating area, an iPod dock, and offers patron party packages from "March Madness" to "Girls' Night Out. It's an environment that invites a variety of spatial interaction with its creative layout and contemporary design accented by timeless references.

The overall feel of the space is one of sophistication and urban luxury, devoid of the austere pretentiousness that one finds in many traditional nightclubs these days. Banoffee pie, with banana and toffee whipped cream, sweet potato doughnuts with chocolate filling and warm pineapple upside down cake are some of the club's "Home Run" desserts. It's also where a section of the Hoffman House stood, one of the district's premiere hotels during the late 19th century.

But by , the hotel was closing to be replaced by an office building, where businesses from the apparel industry to producers of novelty items sought leases for the next several decades. But increasing company relocations had the commercial brokerage firm reassess their plan. Adds Beers, "Perhaps one of our greatest responsibilities in terms of design was to make the club something visually distinct that truly spoke to the Jay-Z business empire.

It has a very distinct image. Fun vibe, good food and great music. My friends and I just came for a night out.. We had dinner and drinks. We sat in a booth. The waitress was good and very attentive. The drinks were good. Thank you to the bartendar.

It was a thursday and a very slow night. We had a great time. This is a great place to watch a sporting event. Great ambiance The DJ was the greatest I ever heard. The service just wasnt great. They wanted to seat 4 people at a tiny tiny table for 2 even though the entire place was empty. It took about 15 minutes to convince them to let us push two tables together.

Extremely poor service by host - place was empty and she attempted to force us to sit at worst table. It took over 30 minutes for waitress to bring our check. Despite the nice ambiance and potential, I can see why this place was mostly empty.

Fixing the service could go a long way to help this establishment. Food was ok, drinks were not very good and very expensive. Decided to watch the Giants playoff game here. Anyways, the service was good, as in they were efficient, quick, and usually always available, however, our server lacked social skills. Nonetheless, the venue's layout is fantastic for any type of viewing event.

There are two giant grid screens above the bar which faces the stadium seating. Overall, the venue's layout is very unique and deserves to be checked out by anyone who has never been there.

Style theatre like infrastructure. Manager Brian and Waitress Jamie showed exemplary hospitality service. They went above and beyond to give my group of 7 a bowl game watching experience on a very busy fight night for the venue. Overly priced! Saw the warnings on Yelp and Trip advisor. Food is ok, not exceptional and prices are ridiculous. Showed up on Monday night to watch the Monday nighter and have some wings. Wings were great, our first server was average but the one that took over for her was great.

Needless to say, we grabbed another drink and hung out for the rest of the game. I hate clubs but this is a great balance with the night club feel in a sports bar. Does not have the right nightclub atmosphere , what's with the sport screen tvs?!? Food not very good , sliders where not fresh The staff was very attentive The delicious dessert and stuffing was outstanding.

The nachos appetizer. The restaurant was energetic Just a really good vibe in the place and the staff gave us a tour which I wasn't expecting. Thinking about having a birthday party in one of those private rooms.

My husband and I was in Manhattan visiting from Atlanta and was very anxious to visit the Club. We attended on Sunday November 14th around pm. When we walked in a young lady greeted us at the door.

Her attire didn't represent the club well "looked a little tacky". I expected a little more cheerful greeting i suppose. Waitress cam e back and told me they were out of fried shrimp, so i ordered the grilled marinated garlic shrimp. She came back once more to tell me they weren't available. So I ordered the catfish. By this time, i was still willing to give the place a chance because I was excited to be there.

But after looking around, it was so empty. No one was there. I expected people to knocking down the door to get in due to the fact that Jay-Z owned it. Guess Not! I think that better advertising is needed and better management is needed as well. Although the bar waitress was friendly, it was a FAKE friendly.
