There's another parked near the northern police station on the first island. From the station, go west along the road, towards the donut shop. As you go along, there should be a gap on the left, past the intersection. GTA Vice City is a visually beautiful game due to its Miami-style design, so ideally you want to be driving around in the nicest car.
Indeed, Vice City is filled to the brim with exotic sportscars and American muscle cars, but even amongst the likes of the Banshee and the Phoenix, there are several cars that are the ultimate goal in exclusivity, being the only ones of their kind in the game. Obtaining these may require that you need to head to a certain location or complete a series of missions, but either way, you won't want to pass up the opportunity to drive them.
This ice cream truck can only be found at the ice cream factory after you've first purchased the property. The truck itself is not terrifically fast or manoeuvrable, but it allows you to undertake the delivery side mission. The goal is to deliver as much "ice cream" to customers as possible without being arrested, killed, or exiting the truck. If you manage to complete 50 deliveries within one run, the ice cream factory will then start to generate money, which you can collect whenever you want.
The regular Sabre is one of the rarer muscle cars in Vice City, but you can normally find it lurking around the northern end of Vice Point at the top of the map. The Sabre Turbo, however, is even rarer. This top of the line muscle car is unlocked once you've completed the second garage collection list at Sunshine Autos, and it's the only one in the game, too. It can also be unlocked by cheats if you want an easier life , but if you want to play Vice City legit, then the garage is your only option.
This huge SWAT truck is very difficult to obtain because, for most versions of the game , it'll only appear during a four-star wanted level. However, if you somehow manage to successfully steal one, then you'll have access to one of the best vehicles to do vigilante missions with. Not only is the truck itself very strong, but when you exit it, you'll be given full body armour. And if you reach level 12 of the vigilante missions, then your maximum armour increases to instead of In Vice City, the base is accessible by breaking through the barriers at the main gate or jumping over it, while in Vice City Stories, the gates open automatically, are more substantial and cannot be broken.
Hidden packages : There are hidden packages stashed throughout Vice City. These packages look like statues of green birds; for every 10 collected, a new reward is unlocked.
To find these briefcases, go the their location then quick-save the game. Immediately re-load that save and the package will have spawned in the specified location.
